Listing Owner: A “Listing Owner” refers to the practitioner who is an individual or their assignees, staff, employees, or authorized representative, by whatever name called, who has provided profile details to CureZeal for publishing on the website or any other medium as CureZeal deems fit.

Healer: A “healer” refers to an individual or practitioner offering services related to alternative and holistic approaches aimed at promoting well-being. These practices may include but are not limited to energy healing, holistic therapies, and spiritual guidance.

Guide: A “Guide” on this platform refers to individuals or practitioners providing services such as Tarot card reading, astrology, numerology, spiritual prediction, and related practices. These Guides offer insights, advice, and interpretations based on their expertise.

Content: “Content” will include (but is not limited to) reviews, images, comments, photos, audio, video, location data, and all other forms of information or data.

User Content: means content that you upload, share or transmit to, through or in connection with the Services, such as likes, ratings, images, messages, reviews, profile information, photos, and any other materials that you publicly display or display in your account profile or listing page.

CureZeal content: means content that CureZeal creates and makes available in connection with the Services including, but not limited to, visual interfaces, interactive features, graphics, design, compilation, computer code, products, software, aggregate ratings, reports and other usage-related data in connection with activities associated with your account and all other elements and components of the Services excluding Your Content and Third Party Content., “Third Party Content” means content that comes from parties other than CureZeal or its users and is available on the Services.

3. Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or more of age to register, use the services, or visit our website; by using our website or agreeing to these terms and conditions, you warrant and represent to us that users are 18 years or more of age.

4. Rights we grant you

6.2 The third-party registered and unregistered trademarks or service marks on our website are the property of their respective owners and, unless stated otherwise in these terms and conditions, we do not endorse and are not affiliated with any of the holders of any such rights and as such we cannot grant any license to exercise such rights.

7. Registration and Accounts

7.1 To be eligible to register on our website, you must not be subject to any legal restrictions or prohibitions in your country that would prevent you from accessing or utilizing our platform.
7.2 You may register for an account with our website by completing and submitting the account registration form on our website.
7.3 You must not allow any other person to use your account to access the website.

(b) You consent that you will only contact the listing owner via phone/call/SMS/Email or any medium as specified on the website solely for the authorized purpose i.e. taking an appointment for availing their services or consultation.
(c) You agree that neither CureZeal nor the listing owner is accountable for any damage, loss, injury, or any side effects resulting from the recommendation/suggestion of the listing owner or their authorized person(s). You are exclusively liable for any consequential loss resulting from or following the listing owners’ suggested advice or techniques.
(d) You consent that before taking any healing or therapy session, you’ll comply with any and all documentary requirements of the listing owner including but not limited to the consent form.
(e) You agree that CureZeal or ‘Listing Owner’ shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever, for not filling out the consent form or any other form/documentary requirement and directly taking the therapy or healing session or consultation.

10.1.2 Health and Fitness Information
(a) You consent that any exercise entails a risk of personal injury, along with a small risk of serious injury or death and agree that you are responsible for your health and well-being in relation to any exercise program and acknowledge that CureZeal shall have no obligation in this regard.
(b) No changes should be made to your diet, nutrition, lifestyle, activities or exercise plan based on health and fitness information published on our website without first consulting your doctor or other suitably qualified professional. If you still choose to follow advice published on the website or suggested by the ‘listing owner,’ you do so at your own discretion. ‘CureZeal’ or ‘Listing owner shall not be held responsible for any outcomes resulting from the implementation of such advice. You are encouraged to exercise your judgment and seek professional advice when necessary.

10.1.3 Medical assistance
(a) You will rely on the information on our website as an alternative to medical advice from your doctor or other professional healthcare providers.
(b) For any specific questions with respect to any medical matter, you should consult your doctor or other professional healthcare providers.
(c) In the case of suffering from any medical condition, you should seek immediate medical attention.
(d) Due to the information on our website, you should never delay seeking medical advice, ignore medical advice or discontinue medical treatment.

10.1.4 Interactive features
(a) The interactive features of our website enable users to communicate with us and the listing owners. (b)You acknowledge that any assistance you may receive using any such features is likely to be incomplete and may even be misleading due to the limited nature of communication through the interactive features of our website.
(c)Any assistance that you may receive using any interactive features of our website does not constitute specific advice and should therefore not be relied on upon without further independent confirmation.

10.1.5 Content (Comments, reviews, messages, email, etc)
(a) You agree that you will not post reviews about any listing profile until you have personally taken consultation or session, or any services from the same listed profile. This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
(b) Certain parts of this website offer the opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions, information, material and data (‘Comments’) in areas of the website. CureZeal might not screen, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their appearance on the website and Comments do not reflect the views or opinions of CureZeal, its agents or affiliates. Comments reflect the view and opinion of the person who posts such view or opinion. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, CureZeal shall not be responsible or liable for the Comments or for any loss cost, liability, damages or expenses caused and or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.
(c) CureZeal reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments that it considers in its absolute discretion to be inappropriate, offensive or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
(d) You warrant and represent that:

You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so.
The Comments do not infringe any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark, or other proprietary rights of any third party;
The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libellous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material or material which is an invasion of privacy.

You hereby grant to CureZeal a non-exclusive royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and improvise to adhere to grammatical, translate non-English content, and enhance headlines any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats or media.

10.1.6 No liability
(a) In no event we shall be liable to you for any damage, loss or injury that may result from your reliance on the information published on our website, use of the services, mistakes, omissions or inaccuracies of content published on the website, an unauthorised access to your personal information stored on the website, any interruption in the services, any virus, trojan, malware, spyware or the like transmitted through the services
(b) Limits upon exclusions of liability

10.2 Listing Owner

10.2.1 As a Listing Owner, you affirm to utilize the services in strict accordance with relevant legislation. You bear sole responsibility for any violation of the law arising from service use, and CureZeal disclaims all liability.
10.2.2 Listing Owners must secure user consent by ensuring the completion of documentation including but not limited to obtaining consent form. CureZeal holds no responsibility for any delinquency on the part of listing owners in completing the requisite documentation.
10.2.3 You consent that any information provided by you is complete, accurate and free from errors.
10.2.4 You agree that your personal information shown on our website is meant to be used by end users who can contact you for consultation, healing session or training purposes. In any case, if the personal information is misused by the end user or any person associated or not associated with us, CureZeal should not be held liable in any case.
10.2.5 You agree that you will not interfere with the medical treatment of the user and will not ask the user to consider any therapy or healing modality as the main treatment.
10.2.6 You agree that all the information including testimonials and experience information provided by you is correct.
10.2.7 You agree that you will provide the best and correct information to the user as per your skills and experience and will not guide the user with the wrong information or technique to fulfil your wrong intention.
10.2.8 You will not participate or ask to participate in posting fake reviews or ratings on your profile. If we find the listing owner is responsible for posting fake reviews, CureZeal has full rights to disable or delete all reviews from the same profile or delete the profile from the website permanently without any prior notice.
10.2.9 You will provide services to the clients or users only per the services listed on the website.
10.2.10 As a listing owner, you will not post reviews or ratings on another profile until and unless you have taken services from the same person.
10.2.11 You consent that you have taken permission to upload the written testimonials and video testimonials of the users to upload it on our website and make them public. ‘
10.2.12 You consent that all the images uploaded by you are allowed to be published on our website or any official social media account or search engines.
10.2.13 You also agree that:
– CureZeal should not be asked to prioritize the listing in the search index or listing algorithm and not be responsible for the same.
10.2.14 CureZeal has full rights to track your conversation with the user on the application via message, direct message, email, comments, reviews, etc.

11. LISTING POLICY

11.1 Curezeal serves as a platform for listing healers & guides to showcase their information hereinafter referred as ‘Profile’. The information displayed on profiles is provided by the respective listing owners through various modes, including telephonic conversation, WhatsApp, email, and online forms. Curezeal does not independently verify the accuracy of the information presented. We emphasize that listing owners are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the data they provide. Curezeal assumes no liability for any inaccuracies, errors, or misrepresentations in the displayed information. Users are advised to exercise due diligence and, if necessary, verify details directly with the listed owners. By using our platform, users acknowledge that the information on listing profiles is based on the submissions made by the listing owner, and Curezeal disclaims any responsibility for discrepancies in the data displayed.

11.2 If any information displayed on the Website in connection with the listing is found to be incorrect/false or misleading, you are required to inform immediately to CureZeal to make the necessary amendments. CureZeal reserves the right to take down any listing as well as the right to display the profile of the listing owner, with or without notice to the concerned listing owner.
11.2 CureZeal does not participate in any listing owner ranking and is not responsible/liable for the listing owners’ ranking as mentioned on the external website or search engine.
11.3 Where the User/listing owner has explicitly or implicitly granted consent for disclosures or publications by CureZeal, including but not limited to the display of user-generated content, testimonials, or any form of shared information on the platform, CureZeal shall bear no responsibility or liability for any losses, damages, injuries, or expenses incurred by the Users resulting from such disclosures or publications. If the User/listing owner, in adherence to the Privacy Policy, revokes such consent before CureZeal is made aware of the revocation, CureZeal shall not be held responsible or liable for any losses, damages, injuries, or expenses incurred by the User/listing owner as a consequence of any disclosures made by CureZeal.
11.4 CureZeal reserves the right to modify the listing algorithm on its website according to its own business requirements.
11.5 CureZeal reserves the right to display, advertise or give additional preference to the listing featured or promoted as per business requirements.

12. DISCLAIMER

12.1 The Company makes no express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements directly or indirectly from Your use or non-use of the Service or the Site, or Your reliance upon the Service or the information contained upon the Site (whether arising from CureZeal or any other person’s negligence or otherwise). This Site, Application and all content on the Site and the Application are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose in the field of personal well-being, and/or holistic living, and/or metaphysical sciences, and/or spiritual practices. You acknowledge, by Your access of the Site and/or Application, that Your access of the Site and/or Application and availing of Services is at Your sole risk, that You assume full responsibility for Your access and use of the Site and/or Application, and that CureZeal shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to Your access and use of this Site and/or Application
12.2 CureZeal makes no warranty that the sites, content, or services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.
12.3 CureZeal makes no warranty regarding the quality of any products, services, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness or information purchased or obtained through the sites, content or services.
12.4 The Company and Website does not guarantee or provide assurance in respect of the behaviour, actions, willingness or ability of any Expert to give advice or as to whether the user shall find the advice given by an Expert satisfactorily or whether the Expert will provide any solution to his/her problem or whether the Expert is in a position to deal with the problems of the user. Any advice received or inferred via the services should not be relied upon by the users for any personal, medical, legal or financial decisions and users should consult an appropriate professional for tailored advice, specific to such user’s situation and/or medical condition.
12.5 The Company and the Website does not endorse, advertise, advise or recommend You to avail the Services of any expert or professional and the user is advised to check the Expert’s credentials and experience him/herself if in doubt before using the Expert’s services as the company is not liable for any misrepresentation, omission or commission by the Expert/s. The Website is merely a platform for connecting and/or interacting with each other to provide access to experts and users. It may be noted that the website’s named experts are not the company’s employees or agents.
12.6 A user is free to interact openly and share their concerns/questions with either a particular expert or at the public level (if interested in seeking advice from multiple sources – other users and/or experts). A user is actively encouraged to be open and frank, however, if at any time if the content posted by a user is in any way abusive, offensive, obscene or destructive, the content will be removed from the website instantly and the user’s account can be suspended without notice.
12.7 CureZeal reserves the right at any time and without prior notice, to remove or disable access or moderate any content that CureZeal, at its sole discretion, considers to be in violation of these User Terms or otherwise harmful in any manner whatsoever, abusive or inappropriate or promotional content added on the Website. However, CureZeal shall not be liable if any inactive, inaccurate, fraudulent, or non-existent listing profiles are added to the Website. However, CureZeal shall not be liable if any inappropriate, offensive, inactive, inaccurate, fraudulent, or non-existent listing profiles or any content are added to the Website.
12.8 The content on the website in the form of articles, blogs, pages, etc is just for informational purposes and CureZeal doesn’t ensure the authenticity of the information. Users are advised to seek professional help before following any techniques or exercises mentioned in an article. CureZeal shall not be responsible or liable in any manner to the User for any losses, damage, injuries or expenses incurred by the User as a result of following the content or info from the website.
12.9 The website might include some information from external or non-operated sites which might be in the form of the embedded form (e.g. Youtube videos). CureZeal takes no responsibility for the authenticity and availability of such data.
12.10 CureZeal reserves full rights to disapprove, edit/update or delete any content from the website without any prior notice to the user or the listing owner.
12.11 CureZeal doesn’t verify the authenticity of the experience and any other information shown by the listing owner.
12.12 CureZeal also doesn’t validate if the listing owner belongs to a specific organization/institute (registered or non-registered). It is the responsibility of the user to check such information before consulting with the Listing owner.
12.13 CureZeal has no control over verifying the media files submitted by the listing owner and hence, CureZeal doesn’t take responsibility for the authenticity of the testimonial or images uploaded by the listing owner. If the information found on the testimonials is found to be fake or if an objection is raised by the user for making the testimonial public, CureZeal will be happy to remove it from the website.
12.14 The location shared by the user or shown on the profile doesn’t guarantee the exact location of the centre. It is the approximate location or the location of the area where the center is located. CureZeal should not be held responsible for finding any wrong location on the map.
12.15.a In most of the cases, transactions for the services are done between end-users and listing owners. However, in some scenarios, CureZeal facilitates the payment process on behalf of listing owners through PayPal or other designated payment gateways. CureZeal acts as an intermediary for payment processing and is not responsible for any discrepancies, disputes, or issues arising between end users and listing owners. Any concerns related to payments, services, or transactions should be resolved directly between the parties involved.
12.15.b Once a payment is made, there is no option for a refund. End users are advised to carefully review the services offered by listing owners before making a payment. CureZeal does not guarantee the outcomes of services provided by listing owners. CureZeal should not be held liable in case of any misunderstanding or dispute between the listing owner and user related to fees or charges.
12.16 Healing techniques practised by our listing owners are intended to complement conventional medical care. While it may contribute to overall well-being and show miraculous results, it is not a replacement for professional medical treatment. Individuals with health concerns should consult licensed healthcare practitioners for appropriate advice and intervention. Outcomes and experiences with energy healing can differ among individuals. Therefore, individuals are advised to consider all the listed healing modalities on our website as complementary treatments only rather than orthodox treatments. CureZeal takes no responsibility for the authenticity of the healing techniques practised by the listing owners or for the services taken by the users from listing owners.
12.17 Please note that engaging in prediction-based modalities or occult practices like Tarot card reading, Numerology, Akashic Record Reading, Astrology etc. is solely for self-reflection. Interpretations are subjective, not scientifically proven, and should not substitute professional advice. You agree that you are responsible for your own beliefs, and decisions, and approach these practices with an open mind and cultural sensitivity.

13. Free & paid Listing

13.1 All listed profiles may be free or paid depending on the terms decided with the listing owner. The scope of free listing which includes but is not limited to the time period, the extent of information to be displayed, and the extent of exposure shall be solely at the discretion of CureZeal.
13.2 CureZeal reserves the right to display additional information to some or all of the free listing owners

14. Our Relationship with the Listing Owner

With the exchange of certain fees, our relationship with the listing owner is limited to providing service to them by listing their profile on our website and providing them with leads. It is CureZeal’s sole discretion to charge any fees from any listing owner.

15. Variation

16.1 We reserve the right to change any of the T&Cs or any policies or guidelines governing the Platform, Application or Services, at any time and at Our sole discretion.

16.2 The revised Terms and Conditions shall apply to the use of our website from the date the revised Terms and Conditions are published on the website, and you hereby waive any right that you may otherwise have to not satisfy or consent to revisions to such revised Terms and Conditions.

16.3 CureZeal encourages visitors to check for any changes to its terms of service on this page frequently. After any change in these terms of services, your continued use of this site will constitute your acceptance of such change.
